'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Cast Revealed: Who Has a Peach in Season 16?

Several 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' fan favorites are joining Season 16 amid stunning departures from cast members.

The rumblings surrounding The Real Housewives of Atlanta were juicier than many Bravo fanatics have noticed of the display in recent years. Since the long-running reality TV show wrapped its fifteenth season in August 2023, a number of studies surfaced about a cast shakeup taking place after viewers complained of the lackluster season.

Since then, a number of previous RHOA stars have showed they're leaving the display, and some have mentioned they're making a return. The display's EP, Andy Cohen, also mentioned on his radio display in February 2024 that he is "very excited" about the casting choices for Season 16.

As enthusiasts await a final cast checklist and air date, we will now confirm the casting possible choices are officially over and not "embedded in our mother ---ing brains."

Here's what we know up to now about the upcoming cast.

'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 16 will come with the return of Cynthia Bailey and "friend" grew to become peach holder, Shamea Morton.

After over a yr of enthusiasts sharing their "dream cast" collages on X, formerly Twitter, Bravo finally announced the Season 16 cast on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. The network confirmed the Season 16 cast includes Kenya Moore, Porsha Williams, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton Mwangi, and learners Angela Oakley, Brittany Eddy, and Kelli Ferrell.

Cynthia Bailey, who starred on RHOA from Seasons 3-13, is also returning to the display in a "friend" capability. Porsha's BFF, Shamea, is being promoted as a peach holder after several years of being off and on the display.

As for the beginners, is an insurance coverage agent, Angela is the spouse of NBA phenom Charles Oakley, and Kelli is a chef and fashionista in ATL.

Many lovers were intrigued by way of the casting alternatives, especially Cynthia and Shamea's returns. Sadly, now not all of our faves made the cut for Season 16.

Sheree Whitfield, Kandi Burruss, Marlo Hampton, and Sanya Richards-Ross are formally out of 'RHOA' for Season 16.

Bravo's announcement did not include some of the other people fanatics believe helped make RHOA what it's. One person left off of the peach holder record was once Sheree Whitfield. Sheree, who has gave the impression at the display on and off since Season 1, used to be reportedly not asked to go back for Season 16. The She by Sheree founder did not in an instant respond to her firing.

In February 2024, every other "OG," Kandi Burruss, who was once on RHOA for 14 consecutive seasons, announced on the Grammys she wouldn't be coming back to the show for any other season. The song icon told Variety that the decision came during RHOA being on hiatus for several months to kind out casting problems.

"During that time, I had started working on a lot of other things, and I got some nice big projects coming soon, so I’m super excited about those things," Kandi mentioned of her exit. "But it’s not just that. It’s just like, after you really have time to think, a friend of mine was like, ‘Why do you keep doing it?’ And I was like, ‘Well, I think because I’ve just been doing it for so long, it feels weird to think not to do it?’ So I was just like, ‘You know what? I’m going to take a break. I’m going to take a moment… I’m not coming back this year.'”

On her YouTube show, Speak On It, Kandi said that her relationship with Bravo and NBCUniversal would continue despite her exit. A few weeks later, Kandi's RHOA nemesis, Marlo Hampton, announced she was also exiting the show. After The Neighborhood Talk reported that Marlo, who became a peach holder after being a "pal of" RHOA for years prior, wasn't returning to the show, she confirmed the news was correct in a statement to People.

In the statement, Marlo said the decision came from her yearning for a "recent get started" for her and her nephews, Michael and William, whom she took in back in 2019.

"My contract with Real Housewives of Atlanta ended when season 15 wrapped," Marlo said. "This damage from RHOA is a recent get started, permitting me the distance to take part in new creative leisure tasks excited about my long run and not reliving my past.”

“My nephews are transitioning into pivotal stages of their academic formative years, and I'm focused on my illustration of their eyes and getting back to showing my multifaceted way of life of philanthropy, type, and fabulosity!" she added. Sanya Richards-Ross, who joined RHOA in Season 13, officially introduced her exit from the collection in March 2024 after months of speculation (and Andy spilling the tea on his radio show). Sanya, who welcomed her second kid in December 2023, said she had no regrets of being on the display for two seasons.

"I had a lot of fun. I really enjoyed meeting the ladies and doing the show," she shared with Collider in April. "So I really don't have too many problems.”

When is 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 16's free up date?

Bravo has yet to substantiate Season 16's release date as of this writing. Additionally, producution for the brand new season hasn't happened yet. However, we're going to remember to keep fanatics tuned in as soon as a date has been introduced!
